Processing time-

Each piece is made to order and handmade by me so please allow 2-5 business days for creation, plus shipping time depending on your chosen rate. I make every effort to get your jewelry made and to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping-

Once the order is processed your confirmation will provide the delivery schedule details. You will receive a tracking link with updates on your package.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim via USPS.

Unjaded charms is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
